Figured out finally advanced parameters for radiosity rendering, regather seems to be much less efficient compared to reuse but results are better.

Rays per sample = 25
Filter Radius = 2.5

Logarithmic Settings for Exposure control
Contrast = 70
Brightness = 50
Exterior daylight system
Midtones = 1.5

All these characters are made from colored clay and are set against the background of a lake near Killarney, Ireland.
